Dispatch time:
Ready-to-ship jewellery:
- Royal Mail Tracked 24: Dispatched the same or next working day.
- Royal Mail Tracked 48: Dispatched within 5 working days, often sooner.
Made-to-order jewellery:
Once the design is confirmed, your jewellery will be ready within 2–6 weeks, depending on the complexity and materials required.
If fresh flowers need to be dried first, the process may take a little longer. I’ll always keep you updated on the progress.
Delivery:
All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail, with two tracked delivery options available at checkout:
- Royal Mail Tracked 48: £3.99 (usually delivered within 2–3 working days after dispatch).
- Royal Mail Tracked 24: £4.99 (usually delivered within 1–2 working days after dispatch).
Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed by Royal Mail.

If you have a preferred safe place for your parcel (such as a porch or with a neighbour), please leave a note at checkout or send me a message.

Your jewellery arrives in eco-friendly packaging – adorable, cardboard boxes filled with shredded paper and wrapped in a jewellery cloth.
Perfect for gifting and kind to the planet.
Inside each package you’ll also find:
My business card – a tiny piece of floral affection I designed myself, just like the logo and slogan. From crating the jewellery to designing the visuals, I do almost everything on my own – and it makes every order feel that much more personal.
If your piece is a gift, you can choose one of several ready made messages, or add a custom note – it’s the perfect finishing touch to make someone’s day extra special. ♡
